For the Green Flag, we all are coming up with energy saving ideas. We are hoping to get the Green Flag.
This year we learned the poem “Blackberry Picking” by Seamus Heaney. Here Shane, Luke and Jack are busy picking blackberries! Enjoy the jam!
The children in Gurrane N.S. really enjoyed the fantastic music at the Cork pops orchestra. There was also brilliant singing and lots of amazing instruments to look and listen to.

On Valentines Day older pupils helped younger pupils make Valentines day cards and we had fun.

We collect for trócaire every year.This years theam is,Join the fight for justice.
We studied the Cork , Bandon Railway. It opened in 1849. It took only 32 minutes to travel from Crossbarry to Cork.
This year we had a pancake tossing competion.And the champion for 2016 is Luke.
