Traditionally, this has been one of the biggest events in the school calendar.  Competitors from many schools locally and from the city continue to attend our school sports.  It always attracts a high calibre of competitors, but is always a social evening held in the local GAA club of Valley Rovers in Brinny.  It is open to all primary school children and races include 100 metres, 220, 440, relays, long jump and some novelty races.  A highlight of the evening is the Tug-O-War event!
